本校保送學生參加 英國皇家芭蕾舞考試 (RAD) 及 澳洲芭蕾舞藝術學校考試 (ACB)。

頒發的舞蹈証書獲大學及專業藝術學院認可。

考生將會保送參加每年在港舉行之考試，合格之考生可獲頒發証書。

Our school send our students for Royal Academy of Dancing of England and Australia Conservitoire School of Ballet of Australia exams which is internationally recognized. Students who pass will be awarded a certificate.

協會嚴謹的考級標準在國際舞蹈界廣被認可及尊重，頒發的舞蹈証書亦獲大學及專業藝術學院認可。

學生可參加國際認可之舞蹈考試，合格之考生可獲頒發証書。

 
Jazz Exam Course

Jazz dance mixes quick steps and strong beats, which help to train children's co-ordination and strong sense of musicality.

Our school can send our students for Commonwealth Society Teachers of Dancing and Asia Pacific Dance Association Jazz Addict examination which is an internationally recognized organization in Australia. Students who pass will be awarded a certificate.

拉丁舞包括恰恰舞、森巴舞、桑巴舞、牛仔舞、鬥牛舞。拉丁舞蹈節奏較快、充滿激情。

標準舞包括華爾滋、探戈、狐步、快步舞。標準舞具有優美柔和的特質。

本校保送學生參加 英國國家舞蹈教師協會(NATD) 及 英國國際舞蹈教師協會(IDTA)拉丁舞標準舞考試。

Latin Dance and Ballroom Dance Exam Courses

 

Latin dance consists of Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive and Paso Doble. Ballroom dance includes Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quick Step.

Our school can send our students for National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD) and International Dance Teacher Association (IDTA) examination which is an internationally recognized organization in England. Students who pass will be awarded a certificate.

中國舞等級考試

 

北京舞蹈學院推出「中國舞等級考試」課程，共十三級。

每年三月及十一月間，由北京舞蹈學院委派考官，並由香港考評局代辦學生考試事宜。

成績及格者可獲由北京舞蹈學院考級中心頒發之認可證書。教材符合了幼兒、兒童、少年及青年之心理與生理特點，灌輸中國民族特色，

培養熱愛中國舞蹈藝術、弘揚中華文化。課程內容包括中國古典舞﹣基訓、身韻；身體協調性、靈活性、關節柔軟度及音樂節奏訓練

及中國民族民間舞～漢、藏、蒙、維、朝鮮、 傣、苗、彝族等。

普拉提墊上運動治療課程

 

普拉提糅合了東方和西方運動概念而成；西方著重於身體肌肉能力的訓練，例如腰、腹、背、胸等；而東方就著重於呼吸和心靈集中的訓練也就是冥想。牽拉伸展是Pilates中主要訓練之一，其特殊之處就是肌肉不會經運動後導致發達，通過對身體核心部位的鍛煉，

使脊柱變更為穩定且有柔軟韌性。Pilates運動改善了身體線條，還對矯正頸部和脊髓起到好的效果。

本校保送學生獲普拉提墊上運動治療証書。

 

 

Pilates Matwork Exercise Course

 

Based upon technique developed in the 1920's by Joseph H. Pilates, this low impact exercise routine is a truly modern fitness solution. By strengthening your core, Pilates works from the inside out to strengthen your core muscles and get your body to place. Breathing with concentration is one main focus. Strengthen spine with stability and flexibily. Pilates works terrifically to improve fitness and general health. 

Our school issues Australian Training for Fitness Professionals (ATFP) Pilates Matwork in completion of courses.
